Well-Being
Wellbeing is the state of being healthy, happy, and comfortable, encompassing physical, mental, emotional, and social health, and includes a sense of purpose and life satisfaction. It is a broad concept of overall quality of life, and is not simply the absence of illness but rather a positive state of flourishing, contentment, and functioning well in the world.
Key factors influencing wellbeing include personal health, social relationships, work-life balance, financial security, and personal values.
On this page we have compiled a list of organisations who offer practical advice and support for artists and people working in the creative industries.
