Musician and Promoter Drop-Ins on Zoom

We host a number of drop-in sessions on Zoom for both musicians and promoters, separately and together. Covering a broad range of topics and some informal chat, they are a chance for a virtual get together in a disconnected world. Next dates are:

Musician & Promoter Drop-In: Touching Base

Thursday 10th December 4.30pm

Aiming to continue the dialogue between artists and organisations, this monthly drop-in session offers a chance to share ideas, issues and most importantly, stay connected. We’ll be bringing back topics discussed in the last meeting and testing some solutions. We’re trialling a time that works for everyone in this new session. If this doesn’t suit you and you want to be at the meetings, please let us know as it will inform future planning.

Next Touching Base will be Thursday 14th January

Promoter Drop-In: A Strange Year

Wednesday 16th December 11am

This will be our last promoter drop in of 2020. This is a chance to get together and reflect on a very strange year, discuss hopes for the next one and maybe even talk about our favourite Christmas films. Who said 11am was too early for mince pies?

Musician Drop-In: Catch Up Before Christmas

Thursday 17th December 4.30pm

This will be our last artist focused drop-in of 2020 for those wanting to say hello before Christmas gets in full swing. It’ll be a chance to catch up with other northern jazz artists, share experiences and look forward to a festive season. Bring your brew/mulled wine and Christmas snack of choice!
