Ben Powling’s final season programming LS6 Jazz Night, Headingley, Leeds

Ben Powling writes “I’m going to stop running the LS6 Jazz Night in January 2018. Autumn turns to winter, the waves crash onto the beach and all things succumb to the passage of time. I’ve had a blast, but it’s someone else’s turn now. I’ll be passing the night into the capable hands of Jack Wilson, so he’ll be point of contact for all bookings and queries for January onwards. I’ve programmed a last season featuring a load of my favourite bands, showing the scope of what Leeds has to offer. Spread the word, tell your mums and let’s get loads of the new students down to play”.
